How do I choose the right level?

Start with Fundamentals if you are new to structured speaking. If you already present regularly but want stronger story structure, argument clarity, and delivery control, start with Intermediate. Advanced is best when you want high-stakes performance: Q&A, persuasion, or executive-level presence.

If you’re unsure, use the Support dialog and we’ll reply with a recommendation within 1–2 business days.

Do you provide certificates?

Yes. A digital certificate is available upon completion of each course and the final assessment. Certificates include your name, course title, completion date, and a verification code.

Are courses self-paced?

Most are self-paced with optional live Q&A sessions. Workshops include scheduled practice blocks so you can apply techniques quickly and get feedback.

What is the refund policy?

Full refund within 14 days if you completed less than 20% of the course. If you’re above 20%, contact Support: we’ll review your case and may offer a partial refund or a free switch to a better-fitting course.

Can I access content on mobile?

Yes, the platform is responsive and optimized for readability. Videos, transcripts, and exercises work on modern mobile browsers, and your progress syncs across devices.

How long do I keep access after purchase?

Standard access is 12 months from purchase, including updates published during that period. If you need more time, Support can extend access for active learners.

What if I miss a live Q&A or workshop session?

If a replay is available, we’ll post it in the course area. If it’s a practice-based workshop, you can request a make-up slot when capacity allows. For time-zone mismatches, choose self-paced tracks with optional office hours.

Do I need special equipment?

No. A phone or laptop with a microphone is enough. For better practice recordings, headphones and a quiet room help, but they’re optional.

Is there feedback on my speaking?

Depending on your track, you can submit practice recordings and receive structured feedback on clarity, pacing, structure, and confidence. Self-paced tracks include rubrics so you can self-check improvements session by session.
